How your stuff gets to you

Hey, it’s Stuart again. Here’s the lowdown on getting your picks, shirts, stickers, and other items from Marin Music to your hands:

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment is received.

  • You’ll get a confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • United States: USPS or another reliable carrier, typically 3–7 business days.

  • Canada & Europe (including UK & Germany): USPS First-Class Package International or similar, usually 7–21 business days.

  • Other International Destinations: USPS First-Class Package International or similar, usually 7–21 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to customs, postal delays, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping cost depends on carrier rates, package size/weight, and the shipping option you pick at checkout.

  • You’ll be able to choose between available options (flat rate or carrier-calculated) when you place your order.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes in your country.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • We aren’t responsible for postal or customs delays.

  • If your package is lost, email me at info@marinmusic.com and I’ll help you file a claim with the carrier.

Everything here is handled with care. Picks ship from me in California, and printed merch (shirts, stickers, etc.) comes from our production partners so it reaches you safely and as fast as possible.
