Refund & Return Policy

How returns work at Marin Music

I want you to be happy with whatever you order, so here’s the policy on returns and refunds:

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unopened and in new condition.

  • If your order arrives defective or incorrect, email me at info@marinmusic.com and we’ll make it right.

  • Customer provides return shipping. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect. If we sent you a wrong item or it’s faulty, we’ll send you a return label at no cost.

  • There’s no restocking fee.

  • No final sale items — everything you can buy can be returned under the rules above.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

If something goes wrong, just reach out and I’ll take care of it.
